Cancellations and Charges

Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid being charged a penalty of one night’s room and tax.

What is special about Plantation Hale Suites’ location?

Our affordable hotel is located on Kauai’s scenic Royal Coconut Coast and is steps away from lavish golf courses and island attractions, including the Coconut Plantation Marketplace, a Mecca for shops, restaurants, and entertainment. We are centrally located between Poipu to the south and Princeville to the north, making us an ideal base for touring Kauai.

Are there laundry services on site?

There are several coin-operated laundry machines available to guests.

What are some in-suite amenities?

Important in-suite amenities include a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, and microwave, a private lanai, a coffee maker, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, cooking utensils, in-suite safe, flat-screen cable television, air conditioning, and limited housekeeping service.

Does your hotel provide concierge services?

At this time we do not have an on-site concierge. Please visit activitiesofkauai.com or call 1-888-508-9948 should you wish to book an activity.

What sort of recreational activities are available through the concierge desk?

Hotel activity desk is open daily. Golfing, kayaking, tennis, hiking, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, bus tours, luau, horseback riding, boat tours and helicopter tours are all available.

Are there elevators in your buildings?

Each of our ten buildings is two levels and there are no elevators available.

Are there special services available for individuals with disabilities?

Yes, there are public areas accessible for individuals with disabilities.

What is Check-in and Check-out time?

Check-in time is 3:00pm; Check-out time is 12:00pm

What is the policy on smoking in suites?

All suites are entirely smoke-free.

Do you have rooms that are ADA compliant?

Yes, Plantation Hale Suites has ADA-Compliant rooms available.

Are there function rooms on site?

Sorry, but there are no function or meeting rooms on site.

What is the fee for an additional person?

Rates are based on 1-6 people per room. There is an additional charge of $25 per-night for a roll-away bed if required.

What if that person is my child?

Children under 17 are free when sharing room with the parent utilizing existing beds.

Is there a fee for cribs?

There is no fee for cribs.

Do I have to pay for Internet access?

Each suite is equipped with wired and wireless high-speed Internet access throughout the property.

Is there a parking fee?

Parking is considered part of our $20 Hotel Amenity Fee.

Are pets allowed on the premises?

Service animals only. This does not include emotional support animals.

Does your hotel allow luggage storage?

Yes, luggage storage is available at the Front Desk but is limited and not guaranteed. Please call us prior to your arrival to check if space is available.

How may I check-in if the Front Desk is closed?

Should you arrive after Front Desk hours, please proceed to Guest Registration across from the Front Desk. Security will be located there and can check you in between 8:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Should you need to reach them through the phone, please call 808-652-6517.
