House Rules

Please review our rental house rules before your stay. These guidelines ensure comfort, safety, and respect for all guests and our property. Thank you for your cooperation!

  1. All guests must register with Guest Services by phone or in person at Coconut Marketplace Suite F38.
  2. NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES are provided. Guests are required to use on-site laundry facilities to wash used linen and towels during your stay. Housekeeping Services may be requested with per service charge of $75.
  3. No drying of clothes, towels, or any personal items on lanai railings.
  4. Occupants of each suite are responsible for any damage to the suite, buildings, or grounds. Our flowers are for the enjoyment of all guests, and we ask that you do not pick any foliage.
  5. No barbecuing permitted in the suites or on the lanais. Barbecue grills are provided for guests use (first come, first serve basis), and located near our pools.
  6. Trash bins are in the white sheds in our parking lots. Trash sheds are locked at 10pm and reopen at 6am.
  7. Quiet Hours are between 10:00pm and 8:00am. Each occupant is to avoid excessive noise of any origin at any time. All radio, television, stereo and musical instrument equipment must be enjoyed at reasonable volumes.
  8. Pool hours are from 8:00am to 10:00pm. Children under the age of 14 years are not permitted in the pool area without adult supervision. Other pool rules apply as posted in the pool area, including no diving in pools or spas.
  9. Laundry hours are from 8:00am to 10:00pm. Laundry facilities are located in every building under the stairs next to unit 5, except for building B where it is located under the stairs next to unit 1. Laundry facilities may be operated by the Wash app or website (international phone #’s). Laundry card Step 1. $10 card purchase. Next step, Add value to card minimum $5.00. Laundry card is non-refundable.
  10. Please do not feed any animals or birds.
  11. Plantation Hale Suites will allow the use of a service animal by a person with a disability.
  12. The Association may enter the suite for the purpose of general maintenance, pest spraying, etc. We thank you for your cooperation.
  13. Each suite is provided with only one parking pass. Be sure parking pass is returned to unit upon departure. Please make sure your parking pass is displayed visibly on your vehicle dashboard. Security has the right to have unauthorized vehicles without a valid Parking Pass displayed towed at the owner’s expense.
  14. Parking of commercial vehicles is not allowed (defined by license plates, dual axles, wide or long beds, equipped with protruding or back-up signal devices etc.)
  15. Smoking is prohibited at all pools, barbecues, walkways, shuffleboard courts, lawns, parking lots, and all lanais and common areas. It is a violation of State law to smoke within twenty feet of hallways, doors, and operable windows and vents. Designated smoking areas are in the parking areas adjacent to buildings D/E and G/H.
  16. Any infraction of house rules may result in a fine and / or eviction.

CHECK-OUT IS 11 AM
Convenience checkout available by inputting *0* on your room door keypad upon departure, please return parking pass back to unit. Failure to return parking pass will result in a $50.00 penalty charge.

IN-ROOM WIFI
Please review your in-suite booklet for TV Directions/WiFi information.

IN-SUITE SAFE
Plantation Hale Suites provides in-suite safes to secure your personal valuables in the privacy and convenience of your suite. Electronic safes may be setup with a personal 4-digit code, if a Safe Key is needed please visit Guest Services. Safe Keys are issued with a $30 refundable deposit.

SMOKING POLICY
All common areas are designated as non-smoking, including pools, barbecues, walkways, shuffleboard courts, lawns, parking lots, and all lanais. There are two designated smoking areas on the property located in the parking areas adjacent to buildings D/E and G/H.

RECYCLING
As we are committed to “Going Green,” Plantation Hale is proud to be an active participant in recycling various items. Please place all recyclable items in our Recycle Bin located in the “D & H” building parking lot shed.
